Kwangki Kim is an assistant professor of Electrical Engineering at Inha University, Republic of Korea. He was born and grew up near Pyeongchang County, South Korea. He received the B.S. degree in astronomy and space science, with a minor in mechanical engineering, from Yonsei University, South Korea, in 2007 and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in aerospace engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2009 and 2013. He was a visiting research graduate student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, during 2010–2012 and a postdoctoral Fellow at the Georgia Institute of Technology during 2013–2015. In 2016, he worked for Hyundai Motor Company, where he was a senior research engineer in the electronics technology center. He joined the department of electrical engineering at Inha University in March 2017. His research interests are in the theory of distributed networked control and optimization, and game-theoretic approaches to multi-agent systems with incomplete information, and also include numerous applications such as optimal distributed control of microdgrid, optimal control of power converters, power management of (plug-in) hybrid electric vehicles. ♠ My Erdos number is 4 and Dijkstra number is 5.
